1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Agentic Learning Studio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does, and AI-generated content

The Service creates personalized, AI-generated interactive lessons from prompts and material you provide. Lessons, summaries, diagrams, quizzes and code examples are produced by automated AI systems.

Lessons are synthesised from publicly available, open-source information and expressed in the Service's own structure and words — they are not reproductions of any third party's content verbatim, and sources are cited where used. If you believe your material has been used improperly, contact us via Report issue / complaint or findkailash@gmail.com for prompt review and removal.

AI output may be wrong. Content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify before relying on it.
No professional advice. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
No warranty on accuracy. Generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
Free beta. The Service is currently a free beta, offered “as is,” and may change or be unavailable at times. Educational content may contain errors and is not professional advice — use it at your own discretion.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for users under 18 unless verifiable parental consent and appropriate child-safeguards are in place. See the Privacy Notice for details.

4. Acceptable use & prohibited content

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, share, or request:

unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent content;
sexual content involving minors, or any content that endangers children;
malware, exploits, or instructions intended to cause real-world harm;
private or sensitive personal data of others without a lawful basis;
content that violates someone else’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
attempts to break, overload, scrape, or circumvent the Service’s security or rate limits.

5. Community-shared courses

You may publish a lesson to Community courses. When you do:

you confirm you have the right to share it and that it follows the acceptable-use rules above;
it becomes a public snapshot visible to other learners until you remove it or it is hidden;
you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and deliver that public snapshot as part of the Service.

6. Reporting, removal & repeat abuse

Anyone can report a community lesson, or any other concern, via Report issue / complaint. We may remove or hide content that breaches these Terms or the law. Accounts that repeatedly breach these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

7. Your content, outputs & intellectual property

You own your inputs — the prompts, documents, and repository links you provide.
You may use the generated lessons you create, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
You grant Agentic Learning Studio a limited licence to operate, store, process, display, and deliver your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Community shares additionally grant a public display licence for the shared snapshot, as described above.

8. Payments

Paid plans are not currently enabled — this is a free beta. The mental-map overview is free, and each account includes 2 free lessons.

If paid plans are introduced, we will:

show transparent pricing, including any taxes or fees, before you pay;
never use pre-ticked consent boxes or other dark patterns;
publish clear refund and cancellation terms;
process payments through a third-party payment provider and follow applicable payment rules.

9. Complaints & grievance redressal

Raise any complaint, grievance, or data request via Report issue / complaint or by emailing findkailash@gmail.com. Our target timelines:

Consumer complaints: acknowledged within 48 hours, with redressal aimed at within one month.
Content / intermediary grievances: acknowledged within 24 hours, and resolved within 15 days where applicable.

10. Suspension, changes & liability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may update these Terms; material changes will update the “Last updated” date above. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of AI-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
